How soon after I make a purchase will you ship my order?

Getperfect has developed a sophisticated system that allows us to print and process your graphic tee on demand which takes about 1-3 business days (during our peak holiday season, shirts can take the full 7 day processing time). After the 1-3 processing days, the time it takes your package to reach you will depend on which shipping method you choose.

Can I track my order?

All of our orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is included in the email that you should have received upon the shipment of your order. You can also find tracking information for your order by logging in at Getperfect and clicking “My Orders” on the left hand side of your screen.

Why does my order say "Unfulfilled"?

No need for alarm, this means your order is progressing through our normal fulfillment process.  If you ordered any items on backorder, your order could remain in this status for 3-7 days during which time we are producing and packaging your items for shipping.

What's your return policy?

Getperfect will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per Getperfect discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt.

Eligible refunds made within 30 days after receipt will be credited for the item's purchase price in the original form of payment.

 

How do your shirts fit?

Check out our Sizing Chart for details. Please see our Size Guide for general information on sizing. If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please email our Customer Service Department.

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

Freedom isn’t free! Our systems only allow one coupon per purchase.

 

Why was my order canceled ?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for refund.

Need to change something on my order, how can i do that ?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once the parcel was processed and sent to the post office, we will be unable to make any changes.
